Sales Professional / Customer Service

We’re a local family-owned company looking to add a new face to our sales team! We specialize in fireplaces, swim spas, hot tubs, and patio furniture. Have one-on-one sales conversations with clients coming in and calling our store. Participate in networking opportunities to grow your client portfolio.

Job description:

Responsibilities:
-Selling hot tubs, fireplaces, fireplace makeovers, and outdoor furniture.
-Building good will and loyalty with our clients.
-Participate in creating blogs, videos and social media posts
-Participate in outside networking to build your client base.
-Follow up on computer, phone, and walk-in leads with CRM system.
-Help maintain showroom and product displays to always be ready for presentation.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
-Some sales experience and/or training as well as competency in keyboarding.
-Computer skills including Microsoft office.
-Good organizational and communication skills.
-People and phone skills, problem solving, comfortable with networking in person and on-line.
-We will train industry-specific skills and knowledge, including training to earn Recreational Water Professional Certification and National Fireplace Institute Certification.

Hours: Showroom hours are from 10am to 6pm on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 10am to 8pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 10am – 4pm on Saturdays. Team members get one day off per week in addition to Sunday and work one evening per week. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays except for occasional special events like home shows and tent sales.

Compensation: hourly plus commission. Full time sales professionals earn $40,000 to $70,000 per year
