Every spa we bring in goes through a 40-point inspection by our technicians. We remove the bottom, the side panels, and the spa cover, elevate the spa, and fill it with water to fully test it. We check heater continuity, inspect gaskets and seals, and replace filters, pillows, and covers as needed.

We also flush and sanitize the system so you, as the new owner, can buy with confidence knowing you’re getting a top-quality product. We use a product called Total Cleanse Serum, which works through the plumbing lines to break down buildup. We let the spa run through multiple cycles, then drain it, clean and detail it, and refill it with fresh water to ensure nothing is left behind.

If you’re purchasing a certified pre-owned spa from us, you can be confident that it has been thoroughly serviced from beginning to end. Any spa on our showroom floor or website has gone through this full process.

Each spa also comes with a warranty, so you can feel secure knowing it’s in solid condition. Compared to buying from a private seller—whether it’s someone on Marketplace or a friend of a friend—you’re often only seeing how it looks on the outside. That doesn’t tell the whole story.
