As you can see behind me, I have a spa that’s in an elevated position, kind of in its skeleton phase. We’ve removed the side panels, removed the bottom, filled it with water, and elevated it so I can tell if any leaks or repairs are needed.

As you’re shopping for a used tub on Marketplace, from friends, or from family, and you walk into that person’s backyard, you see it sitting on a concrete slab, its pretty panels and cover on it, and you really can’t tell what’s going on under the hood.

As a full-service retailer, we don’t want you to have any problems when you get this thing to your house. So, we’re testing it by elevating it, stripping it down to its skeleton phase, filling it with water, running it, sanitizing it, and seeing what it does.
